RETURN POLICY

If you want to return any product, please contact our Customer Service within 7 Days of the delivery receipt. You can get in touch with our customer service by sending us an email at connect@thejungleharvest.com.

Cash on delivery (COD) charges will not be refunded.

Defected products should not be sent to us unless confirmed by the customer support team.

If you have obtained a defective product, ship us pictures at connect@thejungleharvest.com, and we will get back to you.

Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or harm at some stage in transit. All products must be in unused condition with all authentic tags attached and packaging intact.

If you have to return something from a combo pack, the entire pack must be returned. There will not be any partial return from the pack.

If an order is made at some point during the sale, the amount at the sale will be refunded, not the present product price.
- As soon as we confirm receiving the product. A refund will be provided to your bank account.
